Returns
We do not offer refunds, items can be returned for store credit only.
Exchange
You are able to request an exchange for the same item only if it is still in stock, otherwise we will issue you with store credit.
What items are returnable?
Items are only eligible for return if it is sent back to us no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. They must be unused and in a resellable condition, in the original packaging with all the tags intact. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping fee.
If an item is received after the 30 days has passed, you'll be charged a 50% restocking fee.
What items are not returnable?
We do not accept returns on all Sale items, Jewelry, Swimwear and Gift Cards.

Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty item, send an email to info@tesscouture.com with photos within 7 days of the delivered date.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. Please note that you are liable to pay the return shipping fee.
How soon will I get my store credit?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, the request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
Order cancellations
We unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has started processing. To make sure you receive your order in time, we will start processing the orders as soon as we receive it, this means once your order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it.
Editing orders
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you check out, we may not be able to edit the order before it ships out.
We may not be able to make changes to your order after it is confirmed. Please make sure to add the correct items in the correct sizes plus any coupon codes you may have before placing your order
Price adjustments
Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
